Instant & Crispy Wheat Dosa / Godhuma Dosai Easy Breakfast Recipe


Wheat dosai recipe is made using whole wheat flour or atta and rice flour.. The quick, easy, instant atta dosai recipe to make a healthy breakfast or meals with any chutney recipes.. There is an another version of wheat dosa with atta flour which is very soft and spongy, but I don't wants to have that much.. 


I wants to make it more crispy, so that the kids loved to have it.. This is one best dish for the people those who are in diet to have in breakfast.. This healthy breakfast recipe is make within 15 mins to prepare and result was so good...

INGREDIENTS :

Wheat flour / Atta - 2 cups
Rice flour / Arisi Mavu - 1 cup
Cumin seeds / Jeera - 1 tspn
Green chilli - 2 (chopped finely)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (chopped finely)
Curry leaves - few (chopped)
Salt - as needed
Asafoetida - a pinch
Oil - for making dosa

METHOD :

  • Mix wheat flour, rice flour and water, into a batter consistency..
  • Add in all ingredients except oil, mix it up.
  • Now add in more water and mix the batter into a thin batter..
  • Heat a tawa and take a ladleful of batter and swirl the tawa so that the dosa coated evenly and thinly..
  • Drizzle some oil, cook it for 3 to 4 mins and flip it over..
  • Cook the dosa till crispy and golden brown in colour..
  • Finish the batter as same like this..
  • Serve with coocnut chutney or tomato chutney..
  • Enjoy..


PICTORIAL :

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl
Add in rice flour
Mix it well
Add in water (slowly so that the lumps didn't formed)
The batter is ready..
Now take the ingredients to mix in batter
Add them to the batter
Add some salt
Give it a quick mix
If it is thick add some more water
Mix it well, the batter must be watery
In this consistency (like rava dosa)
Now mix it well
Take a ladle ful of batter 
Pour it over the hot tawa
Let's start to pour
Like this, would n't worry about the structure
Pour some oil over it
Flip over to cook both sides
Transfer them to a plate
Now transfer them to a plate
Serve hot with tomato chutney
