Veg Balls Manchurian Dry / Vegetable Manchurian Dry


Veg manchurian dry is a simple and delicious indo chinese  recipe made with mixed vegetables like carrot, cabbage, beans, capsicum etc.. It is a tempting appetizer prepared by sauteing vegetable balls in soya, tomato and chilli sauces and they serve hot with fried rice or noodles.. 


This manchurians are preferred starter of indo chinese cuisine and making of this recipe at home was never easy, but follow this easy steps, make it and love this with fried rice and noodles.. Usually kids dont like to have vegetable in their regular food meal plan, making this manchurian will motivated to take vegetables...

INGREDIENTS :

FOR BALLS :

Mixed vegetables - 3 cup (finely chopped)
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tspn
Oil - 1 tspn
Chilli flakes - 1 tbspn

FOR SAUCE :

Butter - 2 tbspn
Onion - 1 /2 (chopped finely)
Spring onion - 1 tbspn (white part)
Garlic - 1 cloves (finely chopped)
Chilli sauce - 1 tspn
Soya sauce - 1/2 tspn
Tomato sauce - 1 tbspn
Vinegar - 1/2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed
Sugar - 1 tspn
Spring onion - 3 tbspn (green part)

METHOD :

  • Heat a pan add chopped veggies with a spoon of oil, saute it for couple of mins..
  • And remove them to a bowl.. Add in flour, salt, chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Shape them into balls and fry them in heat oil till golden brown in colour..
  • Drain it in paper towel and keep aside..
  • Heat a pan with butter, add in spring onion white, garlic, onion and toss well.
  • Saute for 2 mins and add in chilli powder, all sauces, salt, mix it well.
  • Now add in fried balls are toss well in sauce..
  • Add in spring onion green and mix well.
  • Serve hot and enjoy..

PICTORIAL :

Take your veggies and chop them finely
Heat a pan with oil
Add in all veggies
Saute well for 2 mins
Remove to a bowl
Add in salt, chilli flakes
Add in flour
Mix it well
Take small portion of dough
Roll them in to balls
Drop them in hot oil
Fry them light golden in colour
Drain it in towel
Heat a pn with butter
Add in garlic, onion and spring onion
Till they became golden
Add in chilli powder
Add in all sauces
Some salt, don't add too much of salt
Add in fried balls
Toss well
Now it's done
Add in spring onions green
Mix it well
Serve hot
