Murg Hariyali Kabab / Minty Green Chicken Fry


Murg Hariyali kabab is also called as Minty green chicken fry is one of the most famous recipe served in every indian restaurant.. This simple and easy flavorful chicken is made without oven with a twist to it... After a long search, finally I was impressed with this easy chicken from Youtube Channel, think to Give it a immediate try... 


The rich flavour of green vegetables which inculcates aromatic in this kabab dish... When I made this with proper ingredients, my total family enjoyed it... Chicken cooked in curd and green masala paste make tasty, juicy, finger licking one... So I hope you must try this recipe and let me know it's comes from you..

INGREDIENTS :

Chicken - 500 grams (boneless)
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - as needed
Spring Onion - few (chopped, green part)
Coconut oil - 6 tbspn

FOR MASALA :

Corinader leaves - a handful
Mint leaves - a handful
Ginger - 5 (inch pieces)
Garlic - 20 cloves
Green chilli - 6 to 7 nos
Spring Onion - 4 nos (white part)

METHOD :

  • Cut the chicken into medium size pieces..
  • In a blender take masala ingredients and make it a smooth paste, keep aside..
  • In a non-stick pan add some coconut oil, and your chicken pieces and saute well in oil for 5 to 7 mins..
  • The chicken changes it colour and half roasted in the oil..
  • Now add in masala paste and mix well.
  • The chicken became to release it's own water and cook well.
  • At that time add in curd, give a quick mix and cover it with lid and cook for 10 to 12 mins..
  • When the chicken became soft and tender, the water evaporate the masala coated well on the chicken pieces..
  • Add some salt and toss well in chicken pieces..
  • Cook the chicken pieces till they became dry and juicy..
  • Transfer them to a serving plate and sprinkle some spring onion green and serve hot..
  • Enjoy..

Take chicken pieces
Take all the ingredient for grinding 
Take spring onion white
Make it a smooth paste
Now it's done, keep aside 
Take a pan with coconut oil
Place the chicken pieces in hot oil
Toss it in hot oil
Sure well for 3 to 4 mins
When it's changes its colour
Now add in masala paste
Mix it well and the leaves it's water
Add in curd
Mix it well and bring to boil
Now they bring to boil
Cover it with lid
The chicken are roasted well
It will take around 8 to 10 pieces
Add in salt
Mix it well and roasted till the water evaporate
Now it's done 
Transfer them in a serving plate 
Serve hot
