Egg Omelette Sandwich / Plain Sandwich With Omelette


Egg Omelette Sandwich is very easy, quickest and delicious breakfast recipe, which can made with very few ingredients.. Few chopped onions added to the omelette makes a unique taste to the simple dish.. For kids we can ship the onions and added cheese or as it is.. (best evening snacks for kids after return school)..

INGREDIENTS :

Bread slices - 2 
Egg - 1 
Onion - 1 (chopped finely)
Salt - as needed
Pepper powder - as needed
Oil - for omelette
Butter - as needed

METHOD :

  • Heat a tawa with some oil, crack open a egg on it and add in salt and pepper..
  • Sprinkle some chopped onion and spoon some oil on the sides too..
  • Toast well and flip it and cook well on both sides till they done..
  • Now you take your bread slice and place the prepared omelette..
  • Cover it with another bread slice and apply some butter on the both sides..
  • Grill them till they done..
  • Cut them into triangles and serve with ketchup..
  • Enjoy...

Take all your ingredients
Heat a tawa with some oil
Crack open a egg on it
Add in salt
Add in some pepper powder
 Sprinkle some chopped onions
 Cook on both sides by applying some oil
Now it's done
Take a bread slice
 Place the omelette
 Cover it with another bread slice
 Apply some butter 
 Another silce too
 Place it on the grill maker to grill them
Cooked to perfection
Remove it to a board
Slice them
Serve hot
