Badam Burfi / Almond Burfi Without Condensed Milk


Badam Burfi / Almond Burfi is very rich, quick, easy and delicious sweet made with badam and sugar... My kids always love this dessert and often order in our restaurant visit... There is a another recipe with badam which named as Kaju Katli... soon I posted that recipe in my blog... It is a healthy substitute for candy but it is in rich in flavour....


It can be served as a snacks or dessert to your kids.. Sure you can prepared this amzing sweet in this Diwali 2016 and enjoy the dreams of incrediable badam burfi at home comes true.... Trust me almond burfi is easiest....

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Soaking Time : 2 hours
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Makes - 10 burfis

INGREDIENTS :

Badam / Alomnd - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 6 tspn

METHOD :

  • Soak the badam in a bowl with some water for 2 hours..
  • Peel the skin, add them in blender and make them into a grainy powder form... 
  • In a pan add 1/2 cup of sugar and water..
  • Mix well and allow to rapid boil (little bit)..
  • Now add in almond powder and mix well (quickly)
  • Keep stirring till it became thick..
  • Switch off the flame and transfer them into a oil greased plate...
  • Flaten them and garnish with chopped badam pieces..
  • And make them into pieces... 
  • Serve and enjoy

PICTORIAL :


Take 1/2 cup of almond
Take them in a bowl
Soak it for 2 hours
Peel the skin
Add them to a blender
Make them into a grainy powder
Take a pan with 1/2 cup of sugar
Add in 6 tspn of water
Allow to boil
When them reaches to boil
Add in badam powder
Mix it well
Keep stirring it
Now it will became thick 
This is the correct consistency
Remove it from flame
Pour them into a oil greased plate
Cut them into squares
Top it with chopped basam pieces
Now it's done
Enjoy...
