White Pumpkin Salad



White Pumpkin Salad is simple and easy salad which you have in your diet plan chart..This is my favourite salad recipe and made within less than 10 mins... A vegetable diet with low calorie and a sufficient amount of vitamins A,E,C,D, Iron, Zinc, Calcium and Foilc.. But most importantly that the pumpkin pulp contains vitamin T (carnitine), which significantly speeds up the metabolism, helps burns fat and develop muscle mass..


You should have pumpkin once daily in our life.. A great way to lose weight fast, tasty, quick and painless and get from this is not only fun but also good.. Soon i post white pumpkin juice, so friends keep watching...

Makes - 1 bowl

INGREDIENTS :

White pumpkin / Thadiyangai - 200 grams
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - a pinch
Coriander leaves - few (chopped finely)
Lemon juice - 5 drops

METHOD :

  • Peel the skin of white pumpkin and chopped it into medium size pieces..
  • Take them in a bowl and combained all the ingredients..
  • Mix well and serve..
  • Enjoy..

Take white pumpkin 
Peel the skin and chopped it
Take all your ingredients
Take pumpkin in a bowl
Add in pepper powder
Add in salt
Some drop of lemon juice
Add in chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well, till combained
Take them in a serving bowl
