Incredible Nutella Fudge Recipe

Incrediable Nutella Fudge is so good to your kids... All you need few ingredients to make this gorgeous fudge... I dont have to make this before but it comes out pretty well... The texture is so creamy, so yummy and most importanly SO EASY... even your husband will be able to make it for you a unforgetable suprise for valentine's day because no fancy equipment is required...

I used nutella in this, if you have peanut butter you can that as well.. I have already posted two fudge recipe in my blog..

INGREDIENTS :

Nutella - 1/2 cup

Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup (if use salt butter, skip the salt)

Milk - 1/4 cup

Jaggery or Brown sugar - 1/4 cup

Vanilla essence - 1 tspn

Icing sugar / confectioners sugar -  1 1/4 cup

Salt - 1/4 tspn

METHOD :

• Take butter, milk, brown sugar in a sauce pan and mix well 
• Bring to boil and boil for 2 mins.. it will get thick and glossy..
• Now take it off the heat and add in vanilla, salt and nutella.. mix well till it is smooth..
• Now pour this over the icing sugar and mix well..
• It will come together, now pour this in a pan which is spread with butter..
• Smoothen the top and put this in fridge and set for couple of hours..
• Now remove them and cut them into squares..
• Enjoy...

PICTORIAL :

Take all your ingredients

Butter a square pan

In a pan add in butter

Add in brown sugar

Add in milk

Heat it

Now the butter has melted

and bring to boil for 2 mins

Add in little salt

Dash of vanilla

Add in nutella

Mix well

Now it is mixed

Take a bowl with icing sugar

Pour this over the sugar

Now mix

Without any lumps 

Right texture

Pour this to a prepared pan

Smooth the top 

And chill for couple of hour

Sliced them into squares

Done

Delicious
