10 Minutes Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe


This is the peanut butter recipe.. we make just it with 4 ingredients.. when we grind the peanut, which melty, creamy texture, liquid gold, with a sweety, peanutty intense flavour..Peanut butter is stuff that makes me so happy.. I love peanut butter especially in sandwichs or roll it in chapathis.. I love it.. I promise that it is better than the store brought one and lot cheaper and healthier...  


Add a little jaggery, salt and oil, nothing at all.. Something magical things happens when you whip all those peanuts around in the blender for a few minutes, and that something is creamy, dippy peanut buter that is the definition of perfect simplicity.. You can make this and store in fridge and use as you need...

Makes - 1 large cup

INGREDIENTS :

Roasted whole peanuts - 150 gms
Powdered palm sugra / Jaggery - 2 tbspn
Salt - 1 pinch
Oil - 2 tbspn

METHOD :

  • Take peanuts in a blender, powdered them..
  • Continue blending till oil comes out from it..
  • Add in jaggery, salt, and blend till smooth..
  • Now ad a tbspn of oil and pureed till smooth..
  • Then add another tbspn of oil and puree till smooth..
  • Now transfer to a bowl or air tight container and store it in fridge..
  • Spread it on the sandwiches or chapathi roll...
  • Serve and enjoy...


PICTORIAL :


 Take all ingredients
 You need roasted peanuts
 Take them in a blender
 Powdered it
 The oil comes from it
 Look it..
 Add in powdered jaggery (use clean one)
 Blend again
 Little salt
 Now add in a spoon of oil
 Puree puree
 Again a spoon oil
 Puree it
 Now puree totally
 Now almost done 
 Mum yummy... it's ready
Taste it..he he he
Done.. use in your sandwiches
 Delicious...
