Chicken 65 - Mom's Style


This is a simple chicken 65 which is my mom's special... Everyone's first guru in cooking would be their mother only.. I always love my mom's chicken 65 very much, as this is not only the tasty one but also, very easy and simple to prepare... This is my most loveble recipe that i learnt from my mom...


After the marriage i plan to make more dishes as like as mom... (before i only know to eat...he he he). So newly married bride and bachelors can try this recipe easily.. The chicken 65 is a very popular and spicy and soft food which loved by kids and adults.. It is very soft even it became cool which is my mom's special.. 




But i can assure you that these chicken 65 are loved by your family members.. So i hope that you must try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you...

Resting time : 1 hour
Cooking time : 15 mins

INGREDIENTS :

Chicken - 1/2 kg (chicken with litttle bone cut into small size pieces)
Egg - 1
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Curd - 1 tbspn
Red food colour - 1 pinch
Lemon - 1/2 
Corn flour - 1 tbspn
Rice flour - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
Oil - for frying


METHOD :

  • Take the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl..
  • Broken a egg on it..then chilli powder, pepper powder, salt..
  • Add a spoon of ginger garlic paste.. 
  • Then add in corn flour, rice flour and mix well with spoon..
  • Then marinate the chicken for 1 hour...
  • After 1 hour again mix it well.
  • Heat a pan with oil and deep frying the marinated chicken..
  • Drop it into the oil one by one and after 2 mins toss it lightly..
  • Now drain it in a kitchen tissue paper..
  • Not to fry till crispy and dark..
  • Now serve hot with lemon wedges..
  • Enjoy..

PICTORIAL :



Take your chicken in a bowl (you can use boneless)
Crack open egg
Add in chilli powder
Then some salt
Add in ginger garlic apste
Add in rice flour and corn flour
Some curd
Apinch of red colour
Some lemon juice
Mix well
I forget to add in pepper powder
Mix well, and rest it for 1 hour
Heat a pan with oil
After 1 hour give it a mix..
Drop it one by one
Now let it foy for 2 mins
Then give it a mix
Fry again 2 mins, in medium flame
Now all are done
Take away in this consistency
Drain it in tissue paper
Serve hot
Enjoy..
