Coconut Milk Rasam / Thengai Paal Rasam

Coconut Milk Rasam is my Hubby's favourite rasam.. Whenever i feel bored of the making traditional paruppu rasa, I just do the slight variation and change it to coconut milk rasam. The flavour of coconut milk cooked with tomato, boiled toor dal and tempered with spices is a divine taste..

I love of making different types of rasam, when i don't have time to do any other gravy.. When i make rasam, i don't always do the same thing.. I make different variation of rasam.. This rasam taste very unique and good, i love it with any types of stir fry vegetable poriyal which is perfect combination for this yummy rasam...
