Kaccha Keema Ke Kabab / Mince Meat Kabab


Kaccha Keema Ke Kabab is made with mutton mince is mixed with fried onion, and spices to form this delicious meat kababs.. Usually these kababs are deep fried in the oil but i made it in a tawa.. this taste is also superb... It is a delighyful indian recipe served as a starter... 


My hubby simply love kababs.. We serve it for appetizers when hosting guests over.. Such is our love for kababs, then how is it that we away from making it at home? A lot of us believe that cooking kababs is very tedious as change of going wrong with the proportions abound... But it is very easy to prepare and delicious to have...


It is surely a finger-licking kabab recipe that are ideal to get this starter when you serving the dish... It is more critical to churn out a dish that'll delight your guests... Hope you that you must try this recipe at home and let me know how it's turns out from you....


Preparation time : 15 mins
Resting time : 30 mins
Cooking time : 30 to 35 mins

INGREDEINTS :

Mutton boneless - 1/2 kg (with fat)
Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
Amchoor powder / Dry mango powder - 1/2 tspn
Chat masala - 1/ 2tspn
Butter - 25 grams
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Mint leaves - few (chopped)
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - as needed

FOR FRYING :

Onion - 1 (big finely chopped)
Onion paste - 2 tbspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
Oil - 1 tbspn

METHOD :

  • Take mutton in the blender mince it, keep aside.
  • In a pan add oil, chopped onuions, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and toss well..
  • Keep tossing, when it became creamy consistency or till it became brown..
  • Now in a mixing bowl add in minced mutton, fried onion mixture and add in all the things given in the " INGREDIENTS' one by one..
  • Now mix it with your hands.. Set aside for 30 mins..
  • Now take the skewer and break it into half if needed.. But i wont break it..
  • Wet hands with water, take small portion of the mutton mixture and shape into log..
  • Now place the skewer in th emidle, press it inside, then the shape is sround the skewers, so it is evenly spread..
  • Now melt some butter in a tawa, place the kabab over it, and cook till golden brown on all sides..
  • Keep roatating it and brush it with butter all over it..
  • Serve hot with lemon slices and onion rings..


PICTORIAL :


Take mutton and wash well
Add it to the blender
Minced well, keep aside
Heat a pan with oil
Add in chopped onions
Ginger garlic paste, onion paste
Toss well
Till it became mushy
Now take mince mutton in a mixing bowl
Add in fried onion mixture
Garam masala powder
Salt 
Add in chilli powder
Sprinkle some coriander powder
Add in chopped green chillies
Add in amchoor powder and chaat masala
Soften butter
Coriander and mint leaves
Squeeze some lemon juice
Now it's time to mix well
It's done, rest it for 30 mins
Now take the skewers
Shape it and smoothen it like this
Heat a pan with butter and place the kabab over it
Cook on medium flame, keep roatating
Add some more butter over it
Keep rolling
Look how golden it has got
Keep roarating it 
Now it's done and cooked evenly
 Transfer it to a plate
 Serve hot as starter
