Lady's Finger / Vendakkai Poriyal

South indian style Vendakkai poriyal / Bhindi fry recipe is very common in our indian cooking. It is very easy and simple dry preparation served as a sidedish for lunch.... South indian lunch menu doesn't complete without this main side dish... At home every one's like poriyal so daily or the other day i make poriyal or stir fry for lunch.. Simple rasam and a poriyal makes our lunch more comfort and filling..

Vendakkai poriyal is my kids favorite poriyal..He love plain rice mixed with vendakkai poriyal and generous ghee.
