Fresh whipped cream topping recipe / How to make at home


I have created this post for viewers who make the whipped cream topping for first time. The topping which they make is not working it is getting too liguid and not able to set properly on the cake.. It is pretty simple and easy to make and sets on cake just like bakerys You gets it's thick layer of it and which holds it's shape...


The whiping cream is depends on the name of the products, here i used Rich's (Gold) whip toppings and the other produts also Dairy, Amul, etc.. It stabilize the cream and makes it thick and set over the cakes.. Please make sure you read the method and notes sections..

Preparation time : 15 mins
Chilling time : 1 hour
Makes : 8 cups of cream

INGREDIENTS : 

Fresh cream / whipping cream - 1 kg
(I used Rich's Gold Whip Topping)

(It has sugar and essence added in it, so i didn't add any additional sugar or essence)

Method :

  • First you put your whipping cream in freezer overnight so it get's nice and cold..
  • Now take a big mixing bowl add in cream in it..
  • If you wants sugar add Icing sugar but i didnt add any sugar.
  • Use the beater to whip this till it is creamy..
  • Contious beating till it's get thick and forms stiff peaks.
  • Now the whipping cream is ready to make cakes, mousse, and etc..
  • Refrigerate untill use...


NOTES :

  1. The key for the perpact whipped cream is make sure the cream, bowl which is you use has to be cold..
  2. I used Rish whip topping , so i didn't add sugar to it.If you add normal fresh cream add sugar and vanilla in it..
  3. Dont over whip the cream after you get stiff peaks, If you over whip then it will turn into butter.

I decorated with some sweets and my daughter ate as it is...
It's looks awesome....
