Fluffy Soft Ragi poori

We all love to have poori as a break fast, A slight twist to the regular poori. We are going to use ragi flour ( finger millet) along with the wheat flour. And it is a delicious indian recipe....Kids love poori.. Kids hate ragi... These two are real time facts. If both have to be addressed, The best way to do it is to make pooris with ragi.....

Many of the time we make our normal poori and potato masala. But some times i want to try it out differently....Couple of days back, i just want to make poori, But wanted to give a twist. I found a packet of ragi flour lying on the fridge. So decided to use that up. I remembered that my friend had post this recipe in her blog Immediately gave it a shot. to my suprise it turned out so yummy....

I serve it with aloo mater and hubby loved it so much... So give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.....
