Egg rezala


Eggs are a useful source of protein, iodine, and essential vitamins, and are almost indispensable to cook. Hen's eggs are the type of egg most frequently used in cooking. Every one's fridge always contains eggs, we are pretty about that. They are typically prepared for break fast as omblet, scrambled, or just boiled.  


But we are here to prove that this kind of food has a variety of ways how to be prepared even for a fancy dinner, lunch or brunch. It is always easy to experiment with eggs, so buy a dozen, take your whisk and try our list of top recipe just for you....



Eggs are my favorite... I love to have scrambled eggs in the morning. eggs cury for lunch, egg dosa for dinner and even poached egg for late night snacks.... From this you can see how much i love eggs...This is the only ingredients which available in my fridge at any time... Apart from all egg preparations this is totally different..... 


It is a tangy spicy curry that goes perfectly with a mild dish... Iserve it with pulao, ghee rice, This is originally from andhra... It is preety easy to make...So go ahead and make this dish and let me know what you think...

INGREDIENTS :

Eggs - 4 (hard boiled)
Cinnamon - 1 sticks
Garlic - 8 (chopped)
Onion - 3 (chopped)
Tomato - 5 (chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (sliced)
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - as required 
Gingelly oil - 4 tsp

METHOD :


  • First boiled the eggs, make slashes in the eggs and keep aside.
  • In a kadai and add in cinnamon and chopped garlic and fry it till golden...
  • Now add in chopped onions and saute it well..
  • Then add in chopped capsicum, tomatoes and fry it till mushy.
  • Now add in garlic paste, some salt, And all the whole spices, then saute it well untill it became garvy texture...
  • Then add some water to it and when it's boil drop in slashed boiled eggs. Let it simmer for 5 mins.
  • Now it's ready to serve...I serve it with corn pulao...

Take your ingredients
In a kadai add in oil
Cinnamon stick
Chopped garlic
Let them to fry
Untill brown
Now add in chopped onions
Fry untill brown
Then add in choppped capsicum, 
tomatoes and saute well
Untill mushy
Add in ginger paste
Some salt
All whole spices
Mix well for 5 mins
Add some water 
Take boiled eggs
Make slashes on it
Let the gravy to be boiled
Drop the eggs in to the curry 
and let it simmer for 5 mins.
It's ready..
Serve hot
