Coriander Mint Chutney For Chaat


Coriander mint chutney is a easy simple chutney recipe made only with six ingredients. which is easily available in your kitchen. The basic chutney is perfect for using dipping sauce with cutlets and topping for some curd dishes esspecially dahi vada, idlly chat, etc...


This chutney is made with fresh coriander, mint, along with green chillies.... And it also goes well with all chat items dishes....

Make - 1 cup

INGREDIENTS :

Fresh Coriander / Cilantro - few
Fresh Mint leaves - few
Garlic -  1 pinch
Tamarind - 1 small piece
Green chilli - 1no
Salt - as needed

METHOD :

  • Remove the tough stalks of the fresh herbs.
  • Blend / puree all ingredients above into a smooth paste by adding a spoon of water.
  • Now it is ready to serve with any chat items or topping it with curd items.
  • Click Idly chat to view.
  • Click Delhi dahi vada to view.

 Take your ingredients
 Add all ingredients to your blender
 Blend it into smoth paste
Transfer them into a bowl
 You may topping it
 I use this in my dahi vada recipe
