Vanilla butter icing for cake / Homemade butter cream icing

 

Yes i know this is a simple icing recipe... But i have to post this recipe because Iam going to post a stunning cakes that use this one... I will post that cake recipe later this week... So wait for that cakes.... 


This is a basic butter cream recipe.. Add any colour as per your wish and decorate the cake....Hope that you must try this recipe for all cakes.....


Preparation time : 10 mins
Making - 4 cup of frosting

INGREDIENTS :

Unsalted butter - 250 grams softened
Icing sugar - 1 kg
Vanilla or pineapple or orange essence - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3 spn (if needed)

METHOD :

  • Sieve the icing sugar really well.
  • Add in icing sugar and pineapple essence (or any essence)
  • Beat butter very well till it gets fluffy.
  • Add 1 cups of the sugar, one at a time and beat well .... 
  • Now add another 1 cup of the icing sugar one cup at a time and beat well.
  • Continue to beat till it gets fluffy and shiny...
  • Frost your favorite cupcake or cake with this... 

PICTORIAL :

 Take your ingredients
 Any essence of your choice
 Sift 1 kg icing sugar
 It's done
 Take butter in a large bowl
 I add in pineapple essence
 Beat well
 Till it fluffy
 Like this
 Add in a cup of icing sugar
 Beat well
 Add in a cup of sugar
 Beat well
Repeat this all the sugar is over
Done
 Look how creamy this is, you can frost this
 Mix evenly
Yummy...
