Onion cheese paratta



Preparation time : 8 mins
Cooking time : 15 mins
Serve - 4 

INGREDIENTS :

Onion - 2 (chopped)
Garlic - 5 (grated)
Chilli flakes - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - as needed
Oil for making paratta


FOR DOUGH :

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tspn
Oil - 2 spn
Warm water - as needed

METHOD :

  • First let us make dough for paratta, in a bowl add flour, salt, oil, and warm water and knead it to a soft dough. And rest it for 15 mins.
  • Then for stuffing greated the cheese first and in a bowl add chopped onions, garlic, chilli flakes, Chilli powder, garam masala, and salt and mix it well. 
  • Then add grated cheese, mix lightly and stuffing mixture is ready, keep aside.
  • Now take a small portion of dough.
  • And stuffed withthe filling and cover from all the side. Dip this flour and roll it into paratta.
  • Place the paratta on hot tawa and drizzle oil or ghee over it andcook till golden brown.
  • Now it's ready serve hot


PICTORIAL :


 Take wheat flour in a bowl
 Salt
 Add in oil
 Add in warm water
 Knead it to a soft dough and rest it for 15 mins
Take your filling ingredients
Greated the cheese first
In a bowl add chopped onions
Add in grated garlic
Add in chilli flakes
Add in chilli powder
Add in garam masala
Salt
Mix well
Now add in grated cheese
Mix lightly
Take a ball dip in the flour
On both sides
Spread it out evenly
Take in ur hand
Stuff with the filling
Cover from all sides
Flatten it out
Roll it into paratta
Put it on hot tawa
Cook on both sides till golden
Sprinkle some oil 
Now it's cooked
Ready
Serve



Stuffed parattas are so versatile recipe, because you can pretty much stuff anything inside a paratta. It simply taste good... This is one paratta which i came across and loved it to the core. When i made it and tasted it, i totally loved the combination. It was simply superb. So try it at home and tell how it is.....

    1. Take whole dried red chillies and remove the stem from it and dry roast it untill crispy. Put roasted chillies into the mixie, grind it a couple of times. Now it's ready store it in a airtight container.
