Saravana Bhavan Kaima Idli (hotal Style)

I had kaima idli first time in saravana bhavan, tastewise it is superb and I enjoyed it. You can use left over idlies in this recipe, if the idlies are soft in texture, so you refrigerated it and deep fry it, it comes out crispy and golden in colour. I wanted to make it little spicy and look like the saravana bhavan hotel style kaima idli, the result was very satisfying. I am sure everybody would enjoy this as best dinner.

So I hope that you must try this recipe and let me know it's turns out from you..
