Instant ragi dosa


Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking time : 5 mins per dosa
Serve - 3

INGREDIENTS :

Ragi flour / finger millet flour - 1/2 cup
Idli, dosa batter - 1/2 cup
Salt - 2 tspn
Curd - 2 tbspn
Water - as needed
Oil - as needed

METHOD :

  • Take ragi flour, in a bowl and add salt, curd and enough water to make thin batter.
  • Click idli, dosa batter to view.
  • Now add dosa batter to it and mix well. Heat dosa pan, drizzle with oil and pour batter and make dosa. 
  • Drizzled some more oil and cook on both sides.
  • Now serve it with sambar, coconut chutney, and onion tomato kara chutney.
  • Click onion tomato kara chutney to view.

PICTORIAL :


 Take ragi flour in a bowl
 Add in salt
 Add in curd
 Pour water to mix it
 To make thin batter
 Add in idli, dosa batter 
 And pour to the ragi batter
 Mix well
 Now heat a tawa
 Pour a ladle of batter on it
 And make dosa
 Sprinkled some oil on it
 Turn on other side too and add some oilto it
 Take away and serve hot

I those days, i was not fond of those tiffin items. But my anty will remain me to make these recipes. During my teens, i was so leen and weak and my mom usedto struggle a lot to make meeat nutritious food and i used to escape all the ways. But now i started cooking healthy items ragi, oats, other cereals and i push my kids to have it.. But they ate only one and have with it some fresh fruits but it is enough for them.... atleast they have only one so that iam happy...so try for your kids also................
