Goldbond Goat Fish (Navara Meen) Stir Fry

There are many fishes but choose Goldbond goat fish, surmullet is also called as navara meen in tamil. It is tropical marine perciform fish of the family mullidae. It has burgundy anterior and light pink in colour. Now come to the dish, I make it a stir fry in less oil. Mostly fish are healthy to our body and rich in protein. I use crushed pepper and curry leaves that makes the dish perfect and aromatic flavour. Any south indian non- veg meals is incomplete without a masala fish fry. So you can choose this easy dish that is prepared in kadai. Enjoy this delicious fish recipe.
