Garlic Potato Stir Fry


A simple and quick veg side dish would be potato. It is such a versatile ingredient and is super filling too. In indian cooking potatoes are used in mains, sides, curries, and snacks along with both veg and non- veg cooking. Ihave seen both kids and adults enjoy them equally. So today i share garlic potato stir fry which is packed with the flavour of garlic as the side with pulao dishes. so try this ...........

Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking time : 10 mins 
Serve - 3

INGREDIENTS :

Potato - 3 (cutted into medium pieces)
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp

FOR MASALA :

Dry red chilli - 7
Garlic - 10 (cloves)
Feenel seeds - 1/2 tsp

METHOD :

  • In a blender add chilli, feenel seeds, and garlic grind it into coarse form.
  • In a kadai add in oil and then cutted potatoes.
  • Add toss it for 5 mins in low flame untill potatoes were cooked.
  • When its half cooked add in salt. And toss it well.
  • Now add in grinded masala and toss well till the raw smell is gone.
  • Now it's ready to serve.

Grind the grinding items

Add oil to the kadai
Then add potatoes
Toss them well
Add in salt
And grinded items
Now toss well till the raw smell is gone
It's ready
Serve hot
