Eggless Black Forest Cake



A Black forest cake recipe with layers of chocolate cake, cherries and whipped cream that makes an impressive birthday cake. It is popular german dessert which contain two layers of chocolate cake, and cherries between each layer. Preparing good or execellent eggless forsting cake at home is creative as well as satisfying effort. and trust me the process is not too difficult. 


I bake the cake a day before and do the frosting the next day. The cake can be refrigerated overnight and the forsting can be done the next day. It goes very well as a dessert or for special celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries. I Hope that it works very well and it is very soft to your tasty buds. Preparation time : 25 mins 
Baking time : 5 mins 
Setting time : 1 hour
Makes - 6 to 7 slices
Mould size - 8 cm

INGREDIENTS :

All purpose flour / maida - 2 1/2 cup / 180 grams
White sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbspn
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Vinegar or lemon juice - 2 tsp

FOR DECORATING : 

Wipping cream - 4 cup
Cherries - 1/2 cup
Dark chocolate bar for curls and grates

FOR SYRUP :

Sugar - 2 tbspn
Water - 1/2 cup

METHOD :

  • Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, in a stifer and sieve it. set aside.
  • Take sugar in a blender and powdered it and add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and mix well.
  • Add in the flour mix in and mix well. Add in vinegar and mix well. Batter done.
  • Now prepared your cake pan, And pour your half of the batter in and place the bowl inside the oven bake it for 10 mins, remove it from oven and let it cool for 2 mins, invert it to the plate. 
  • Now bake another cake using the remaining cake batter like the same way. Let both the cake cool completely. 
  • Now make whipped cream, set it in the fridge till use.
  • (Click whipping cream to view). Now take cherries and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Make syrup, take sugar, and water in a bowl and mix well. syrup done.
  • Now take the cake, slit it in half. Place the cake in a plate, sprinkle some syrup on the cake evently.
  • Then with a spatula spread about a spoon of whipped cream. Spread evenly in the moist cake.
  • Crumbs will be seen while spreading the cream, there is the method that can be used to avoid the crumbs. But since we are making at home, this much is alright.
  • Then add a layer of finely chopped red cherries, and place another cake on top and brush it with some of the sugar syrup again, then whipped cream topping and cherry topping. repeat this for 3 layers. 
  • Now spread whipped cream all over the cake, add in the remaining cream in a piping bag and use any decorative noozle to decorat the cake.Place whole cheeries on the cake and around the cake too.
  • Top with chocolate curls, use chocolate grates and spread on the sides of the cake.
  • Now chilled whole cake it for 1 or 2 hours.
  • Slice and serve.


PICTORIAL :


Take your ingredients
Take your sifter
Add floir to it
Baking soda 
Baking powder
Cocoa powder
Sieve it
Now take sugar 
Powdered it
Add powdered sugar in a mixing bowl
Add in milk
Some vanilla
Some oil
Mix well 
Untill it mix even
Add in sifter flour cocoa mix
Some vinegar
Mix well.. batter is done...
Ready your cake mould and pour half of the batter in this
Bake it for 10 mins
all baked
Invert it into a plate
Now slice the cake into half
Now let's make syrup, take sugr in a cup
Add in some water 
Mix well syrup is done
Now take some cherries and chopped it
Now take cool cakes
Place it on the plate, 
brush sugar syrup generously 
The cake will absorb the syrup nicely
Take  a spoon of whipped cream
Now spread some cream
Top with some of the chopped cherry
Now place another cake over this and repeat the same steps
I went to 3 layer 
Now spread whipped cream all over the cake.
Take your nozzle bag to decorate
