Egg Folded Bread


This is delicious breakfast or evening snacks.. Here the bread is place in the centre of the egg mixture is slallow fried on the pan, the egg is cooked lightly to form yummy and soft toast for your tummy... Noted that the egg should cover the whole sweet bread...




The bread is so yummy to have most of the kids liked this recipe. Breads folded in the beaten eggs makes for good and very light break fast in the morning. This is a really nice toasted bread and i make it for 1st time, my kids really enjoyed this with a cup of milk..

Cooking time : 3 mins

INGREDIENTS :

Bread sliced - 2
Egg - 1
Pepper powder - 1 tbspn
Oil - 2 spn
Salt as needed

METHOD :

  • Crack open the egg in a bowl and add salt, pepper powder and beat it well..
  • Heat a tawa, and pour the 3/4 of egg and tilt the tawa, so that it have been spread it evenly..
  • Now place a bread on the centre of the egg..
  • And then add 1/4 cup of egg..
  • Again place another bread on the top and fold the eggs along with the bread.
  • Now cook evenly on the both sides...
  • It's ready to serve hot.
  • Slice and serve..


PITORIAL :


Take your ingredients
Egg in a bowl
Add in salt
Pepper powder in
Beat it well
Heat a tawa and pour the egg on it
Place the bread in the center
Pour some egg mixture on the bread
And place another bread on the top
Fold it over the bread
 Cooked well on both sides by adding ghee or oil

Now it's done..
Slice and serve
