Cauliflower Onion Fry


Cauliflower onion fry is simple dish and make it within 15 mins. It best combo with plain sambar rice. This is a dry version which is similar to stir fry recipe, tasted good and delicious. You can alter spiciness according to your taste. so try this simple dish at home and get wishes from your family members.... INGREDIENTS :

Oil - 2 tspn
Mince garlic - 6 cloves
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Capsicum - 1/2 (sliced)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - to taste

FOR CLEANING :

Cauliflower - 1 (cutted into pieces)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn
Water - 1 cup

METHOD:

  • In a vessel add water, salt, turmeric, and cauliflower and bring to boil for 5 mins.
  • And strained it and set aside.
  • Now add oil in a kadai, and also add in minced garlic and saute for a min.
  • Then add in sliced onions, capsicum, and toss it well untill it became transparent.
  • Now add cauliflower and salt, saute it for 5 mins.
  • When it cooked well add all the spice powder into the kadai.
  • Toss it for 2 mins untill the raw smell is gone.
  • Now the cauliflower onion fry is ready to serve.


PICTORIAL :


 Take cleaning items
 In a vessel add water
 Turmeric
 Salt
 Add in cauliflower
 Bring to boil for 5 mins
 Strain it
 Take your frying ingredients
 In a kadai add in oil
 Minced garlic
 Onions
 Capsicum
 Toss it untill it became transparent
 Add in cauliflower
 Toss well
 Add in salt
 Again toss it for 5 mins
 Now add all the spice powder
 Toss well till the raw smell is gone
Then the cauliflower absorb aromatic smell of all spiced powder 
 Serve hot
