Chettinad Egg Curry

Hai friends.. Today recipe is chettinad gravy using boiled eggs. Eggs  is a versatile ingredients which is really available in my kitchen. It is one of the simplest, to have along with roti or pulao. I goes for a change from the regular preparation and so I prepared this in  chettinad style. This is quite different from the normal curry because of it's blend of spicy flavour without coconut.

When we visit chennai for cooking program at that time, we visit to Anjappar, a chettinad restaurant and we ordered this dish and when we have it is so spicy and yummy.. They were real paradise for spicy food lover.. I try to enhance the same dish at home to suprise them, result was awesome..

So I hope that you must try this recipe and let me know it's turns out from you..
