Kadai Fish Fry





cooking time - 10 mins
preparation time - 10 mins
serve - 4 TO 5

INGREDIENTS:

Fish fillets - 8
Chilli powder - 2 spn
Turmeric powder - 2 spn
Pepper powder - 4 spn
Red colour powder - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Coconut oil

METHOD:

In a plate add all the ingredients and mix it
Now place the fish in the masala and turn it over untill the masala fix on it 
Heat a kadai and place fish one by one
Add some oil on it,allow it for 4 mins, then turn it 
Again and again untill the fish is cooked (we add more pepper so that it looks black and yellowish colour
Now its done,serve hot 

PICTORIAL:
take your ingredients
put all spices in a plate 
 mix ia well
 add a fish and turn over it
 So the masala is evenly fix on the fish
 in a kadai add oil
 place the fish one by one
 like this

untill the colour is brown
done
Remove to a plate and serve it with rice

The fish is looking good .The colour and texture of the fish is superb.This simple fish fry recipes is extremely delicious.This taste great with rice and rasam.I made this for lunch today..I hope that you try this recipes and let me know how it is...
